A small subset of users may experience difficulty connecting to myCloudPBX. Technicians are investigating. Further updates will be available on status.ecn.net.au.

Services have been restored.

If you have any issues reconnecting to Cloud Dial, please close the browser entirely and retry first.

Technicians are continuing to work on the issue. Issue is only affecting a subset of Cloud Dial users as well as making changes via the myECN Portal.
