We're continuing to make progress on restoring outbound calls, and are monitoring the routing changes closely. Inbound and on-network calls remain unaffected.
Please note this is part of a broader issue affecting multiple providers. Even as we restore our own services, calls to or from people on other providers may still be affected until those providers resolve things on their end. If a call fails, the issue may sit outside our network. We'll keep updating as the wider situation improves.
