myCloudPBX Softphone on iOS/iPhone is currently unavailable.

Engineers are actively investigating and the Issue is isolated to the iOS platform.

Android, Mac, and Windows softphone clients are unaffected.

If possible, you can use use an alternative platform (Android, Mac, or Windows) in the interim.

We will provide further updates within the next 90 minutes.

myCloudPBX Softphone - iOS - Update

Our engineers have identified the root cause of this issue and worked with our softphone vendor to produce a fix, which has been confirmed to resolve the problem.

The updated app has been submitted to the Apple App Store. Unfortunately, Apple's review process can take up to 48 hours before the update is publicly available. We have requested expedited review and will release the update as soon as Apple approves it.

In the meantime, we recommend using the softphone on Android, Mac, or Windows if available to you.

We apologise for the inconvenience and will provide a further update once the app is live.
