myCloudPBX Endpoint Registration

This morning, at 7.33 AM +10GMT it was identified that a small subset of users were unable to register extensions to their PBX.

During this time, the affected users were unable to make / receive calls. The Emergency Routing feature for each PBX was working correctly.

Engineers refreshed the configuration and functionality was restored.

Business SIP Services

Today, starting at approximately 3.10 PM +10GMT, a database error caused authentication errors for a small subset of Business SIP devices.

During this time the affected services were unable to make / receive calls. Emergency routing (All Devices Offline diversions) continued to function.

Engineers identified the issue and services were restored at 4.29PM +10GMT.
