myCloudPBX/Business SIP/Inbound 1300 Partial Voice Service Outage

At 14:20hrs AEST, while our team was addressing a Day/Night routing issue related to a virtual extensions, one of the voice service nodes was restarted. This caused a temporary interruption affecting registrations and both inbound and outbound calling for a subset of customers.

Total outage duration: 10 minutes

Current state: All services have been restored and are operating normally.
