myCloudPBX/Cloud Dial/Business SIP: "Timeout waiting for remote party" Messages
Between 07:25am and 07:39am a higher than average call failure rate was observed. Investigations identified "Timeout waiting for remote party" failure messages were being received back from a single carrier interconnect. This interconnect was shutdown pending investigation and high call failure rates are no longer being observed.

Cloud Dial - AMD
Engineers are investigating an issue affecting campaigns using AMD.
The current workaround is to disable AMD on the campaign.
