myCloudPBX Endpoint Registration

This morning, at 7.33 AM +10GMT it was identified that a small subset of users were unable to register extensions to their PBX.

During this time, the affected users were unable to make / receive calls. The Emergency Routing feature for each PBX was working correctly.

Engineers refreshed the configuration and functionality was restored.
