Today, starting at approximately 3.10 PM +10GMT, a database error caused authentication errors for a small subset of Business SIP devices.
During this time the affected services were unable to make / receive calls.
Emergency routing (All Devices Offline diversions) continued to function.
Engineers identified the issue and services were restored at 4.29PM +10GMT.
