There is an outage in one of our upstream partners network affecting select 1300 & 1800 numbers.
Engineers are working the issue currently
Upstream partner has resolved their issue and calls to 1300 / 1800 numbers are now fully functional.
myCloudPBX system sounds are currently unavailable, ECN are investigating
Services have been restored
