We are aware of an existing routing issue and are working to restore services.
ECN experienced an attempted Distributed Denial of Service attack impacting some Internet links and causing high packet loss. Engineers located and blocked the offending IPs and services are fully restored as of 11.14am +10GMT.
Services have been restored.
